Privacy notice — vc-maker.com

Version 1, 13 October 2026

This site is run under the name JST Data Labs ("we"); contact: [email protected]. It is a product page for Virtual Course Maker with one form, a request for a demo. This notice says what we collect through this site, why, who else handles it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect. Only what you type into the demo form: your name, work email and company (required), your role and a message (optional), and your consent. When the form is submitted, our server adds the country your request came from, derived from your IP address; we do not store the IP address.

Why. To answer your request and arrange the demo. That is the only purpose. We send no newsletters, build no profiles and do not sell or share the data for marketing.

Legal basis. For visitors in the EU/EEA and the UK: our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); where the law requires consent, the checkbox on the form is that consent, and you can withdraw it by writing to us.

Who else handles the data. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts the site, keeps standard server logs for a short period, counts visits (see below) and runs the Turnstile check that tells people from bots: its script loads on every visit and the form sends it your IP address and browser signals. Cloudflare processes data under its Data Processing Addendum with Standard Contractual Clauses. A submitted request is delivered to us through a messaging service and an email provider we use as our inbox; their servers hold the message while we process it.

How long. Until your request is closed, and not longer than 12 months after it was made; then it is deleted from our inbox.

Cookies and analytics. The site sets no cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no cross-site identifiers; it records the page, the browser type and the country.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to the processing, by writing to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. Visitors in the EU/EEA may also complain to their national supervisory authority.

Changes. The version and the date are at the top of this page.
